Ryousuke Takahashi
The leader of the Redsuns. He is a really fast street racer and has probably the best car knowledge. By using his computer, he analyzes every racer's driving style and finds their strengths and weaknesses.

Keisuke Takahashi
The younger brother of Ryousuke. He is the second best driver in the Redsuns. His driving style is like Takumi and he wanted to beat Takumi every since the first time they raced. Anyways, he never seems to go home and always knows what is going on in the racing world. Probably because he wants to become a professional racer.
Special Driving Skills: Basically drifting by instincts...

Takeshi Nakazato
Takeshi is the leader of the Nightkids. Although he is the leader, he doesn't seem like one. He's too impatient during a race and usually ends up crashing into the guardrails. Anyways, to sum it up, he is a determined racer but seems to never win.
Special Driving SkilS: Um...stepping on the gas pedal and lighting up the brake pads.

Shingo Shouji
The second fastest racer in the Nightkids. When he races, he would hit the opponents bumper and try to make them spin out. He is a very cheap racer and does whatever it takes to win. His personality isn't that great either but he changes as the story progresses. He doesn't really like Takeshi but they kind of become friends later on even though they both won't admit it.
Special Driving Skills: Left foot braking.

Mako Satou
Like most people, Takumi stuns after discovering that the fastest driver of Usui is a female. To be exact, its the fastest combination. Sayuki is the co-pilot and Mako is the driver. Together with Sayuki's knowledge in driving and Mako's driving skill, they dominate in Usui. The race between Mako and Takumi is arranged by Iketani. To win the race, one must either overtake the car in the front or not be trailed far behind.

Sayuki
She is the navigator of the impact blue combo and she is mako's best friend. As a more care free person, she always tries to help Mako with her problems and get her to have fun. Let's just say she helps Mako in racing and relationships.

Kyouchi Sudou
Kyouchi is the leader of the Emperor. He is a racer that strategizes against each racer he battles and that makes him a tough opponent. His main goal is to defeat ryousuke and conquer the whole gumma area in a month.

Seiji Iwaki
The second fastest racer in the Emperor Team. He is really cocky and likes to tease other racers. However, when he races, he would get pissed off easily and become really impatient.
