Initial D

Initial D is a car racing story, it has comics, TV series and video games for playstation. Initial D is one of the best TV series around lately. They uses 2D & 3D CG (Computer Graphic) animation for the racing cars and there are lots of Super EuroBeat musics. The main character Fujiwara Takumi is 18 years old, who has superior driving skills. His car a "Toyota AE86" is a Tofu delivery car he uses to deliver tofu to the other side of the town for his dad. In Japan, that car is considered as a no horsepower garbage, but with his excellent and CRAZY drfting skills. Takumi has won every challengers he had faced at his hometown "AKINA mountain."

His first challenger is Keisuko Takahashi. He is from a well known racing group called,"REDSUNS". The two best drivers in that group were brothers Keisuko and Ryousuko who both drives Mazda RX-7. One drove a FD3S and one drove a FC3S.
They were the two fastest racers in their town AKAGI and their plan was to win every town in the city until they become the fastest group.

The first race was RX-7 FD-340ps VS Trueno AE86. Everyone was thinking that Takumi will lose for sure... but no one knows Takumi started driving since he was 13 and everyday morning, he needed to deliever tofu to AKINA mountain. His skill is taught by his father, his special way of teaching Takumi to drive is to put a cup of water filled three quarter in the car before Takumi deliverers and he must not let the water splash out because the Tofu will spill in the trunk of the car.

The race started at 10pm. The "AKINA" downhill road was clear and the race started. RX-7 leaded because of his much more powerful engine, but in the later part of the race Takumi caught up on every corner. The five U-type corners considered the most important part of the race in AKINA. Takumi technique of letting one wheel drop into the drain is his special technique of winning in AKINA all the time.

This can let the car drift into the corner at a much higher speed and won't pull out by the G-force and get crash. TRUENO leaded RX-7 FD at the corner and won. His first win became the legend in his town's racing group and the news spreaded out very quickly which made more and more different people and cars coming to AKINA to race with Takumi. But no one knows how to race in AKINA better than him and his legend continues...
